Rede is recruiting for a full-time consultant. This position requires skills and continued learning in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, project planning, facilitation, and report writing. Rede consultants participate in project teams and co-lead smaller projects. The position requires a hybrid schedule, currently working Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Oregon City office.

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience working in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Work effectively with a team in a hybrid structure
  • Superior organizational, time management, and ability to balance multiple projects
  • Master of Public Health or related degree
  • Two or more years of experience working in Public Health or a related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to health equity through consistent, thoughtful, proactive personal and team-based practices
  • Develop and monitor project plans
  • Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
  • Assess and manage project risk
  • Monitor and direct client communication
  • Oversee the work of associates and interns on project teams
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Develop and review reporting products
  • Meaningfully contribute to developing and achieving Rede’s Social Impact and Annual Strategic Goals
  • Some travel may be required
