The Oregon POLST Registry (OPR) is an electronic database which houses copies of patients’ medical directives. OPR prepares biannual mailers for its registrants to remind them when it is time to renew their registration status. These mailers include several thousand letters that are mailed across Oregon.

Volunteers will donate their time for one afternoon help label, fold, and seal reminder letters

When: January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Volunteers may stay as long as they would like, but one hour time commitment is required
