What Is The Student Survey?

The Annual Student Survey is an opportunity for your voice to be heard. The Dean’s Team and Program Directors use results from the survey to guide important decisions about course offerings, advising, curriculum development, policies, and student support offerings. By completing the survey, you will help to make the school a better place for all students.

Your answers are confidential and all data will be de-identified during analysis so that results are not linked to individual students.

Amazon Gift Card and Discount Code

The survey is brief and takes less than ten minutes to finish.

All survey participants will receive:

  • A discount code to the SPH Pop-Up Shop (valid May 1- May 30, 2024)
  • A chance to win one of twenty, $25 Amazon Gift Cards or one of 2 iPads

The survey closes on Tuesday, April 30th. Winners will be notified via email May 3rd. Per the IRS prizes are considered taxable.
