Quantitative Epidemiology Methods in Practice Seminar Series

Presented by Emily Mosites, PhD, MPH

Collecting data on housing status in public health data systems is critical to understanding health inequities and pathways forward to address homelessness. In this talk, we will discuss the importance of standardized definitions of homelessness and why housing status data fields are often more nuanced than other data fields. We will walk through existing definitions of homelessness and considerations for the elements of data collection for housing status.
