The Center for Global Child Health Research Opens Registration For Second Aannual Symposium
With our second annual symposium—Leveraging Modern Science for Pandemic Prevention — we’re excited to open registration to the global child health research community within OHSU and beyond.
The conference kicks off Tuesday, May 9, with a session on Pandemic Modeling as well as a poster session – Register Here
On day two—Wednesday, May 10—Ann Duerr, MD, PhD, MPH (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center) will deliver The Elizabeth A. Parsons Lecture in Childhood Global Health. Dr. Duerr has worked on HIV pathogenesis and prevention for over 25 years; her recent work focuses on HIV vaccines, treatment as prevention and HIV cure strategies.
The second day will also feature sessions on Interventions and will close with a special panel, Setting the Stage for Success.
