This workshop series is designed to provide guidance and mentorship to students who are planning to apply to or are considering an MPH program at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health or elsewhere. The workshop series breaks down the application into its parts and discusses targeted approaches to writing a strong application. This workshopis aimed at demystifying the MPH program application process and creating a safe space for questions and support. Further, the workshop series offers 1:1 help via access to reserved office hours for workshop participants

The free 5 part workshop series will cover:

• Choosing a program & the admissions process – Wed. 10/18
• Preparing your personal narrative & other essays – Wed. 10/25
• Obtaining letters of recommendation – Wed. 11/1
• Preparing your CV – Wed. 11/8
• Gaining public health experience beyond school – Wed. 11/15
