A goal for the teach-ins on Global Health Equity is to provide students with opportunities to engage critically with global health issues, particularly since our program does not frequently offer courses that explore these topics in depth. These sessions aim to highlight the interconnectedness of health systems, structural inequities, and social determinants of health across different regions. By fostering dialogue and interdisciplinary learning, we seek to equip students with a broader, justice-oriented perspective on global health challenges and solutions.
