Artist Amplifier: How can science be shared & democratized through the arts.

Dr. Charlie Roscoe is an Assistant Professor at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health who currently teaches Concepts in Environmental Health and Global and Planetary Health. Dr. Roscoe’s talk focuses on the need to connect more with society in relation to health promotion, planetary health, and the collective value of public health research. She will discuss her multi-year collaboration with artist, Enya Lachman-Curl, and will suggest ways that scientists can collaborate with artists to democratize and amplify scientific research.
