Why This Workshop is for You: If you are on the hunt for your next role, actively interviewing, or want to plan ahead for a future job search this workshop is made for you! We will be talking about how to manage the offer conversation (for WHEN you get the job offer!), best practices for negotiating salary and benefits, and how to prepare for your first day on the job. If you are in an active search, or want to be extra prepared for when you start there will be resources and insights shared that will help you be that much more prepared!
