DESCRIPTION:OHSU-PSU SPH Graduate Program Fall 2026 Applications are open from August 15th\, 2025 – March 15th\, 2026. All documents are submitted to SOPHAS – www.sophas.org. \nDeadlines:\nDecember 1 – Early application deadline and decisions provided by early February\nFebruary 1 - Decisions provided by end of March\nMarch 15 - Final application deadline and decisions provided by end of April \nAll application materials\, including official transcripts from all schools attended and letters of recommendation\, must be received in SOPHAS before the deadline in order to be reviewed. Applications completed after March 15th will not be considered.
