SUMMARY:PUSH: Black Mamas Changing the Culture of Birth
DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the joy and resilience of Black mothers and families! \nAn invitation to come laugh\, shed a tear\, and open your heart to the beautiful storytelling of mamas changing the culture of birth. OHSU is proud to partner with Black Futures for Perinatal Health and Beirut Wedding: World Theatre Project to Present a Groundbreaking Theatrical Production on the Maternal Health Crisis and Black Mothers’ Voices for Healing. \nThis powerful one hour play is co-created and produced by Dr Roberta Suzette Hunte\, Bobby Bermea\, and Jamie Rea of Beirut Wedding.
