Hosted by the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) and the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Officers Foundation (COF)\, the session will feature the 2025 Excellence in Interprofessional Education Collaboration Award-winning team from Emory University\, including leaders from the Rollins School of Public Health. \nThe webinar will showcase Emory’s Farmworker Project\, which delivers free care to more than 2\,000 farmworkers and their families annually through community-based clinics\, while training students in real-world\, interprofessional practice. The discussion will highlight how cross-sector collaboration can address complex public health challenges while advancing workforce development and community engagement. \nRegistration is free\, and all are encouraged to attend. DESCRIPTION:OCTRI Research Forum\nBiostatistics\, Epidemiology\, and Research Design (BERD) Program \nJessica Minnier\, Ph.D. and Meike Niederhausen\, Ph.D. \nIn this two-part interactive workshop\, we will introduce the freely available statistical software programs R and RStudio to attendees with no prior experience. We will cover how to use RStudio to write and run code\, introduce data structure types\, and demonstrate commands for working with data: loading\, viewing\, summarizing\, plotting\, cleaning\, and saving. You will learn basic R data wrangling and plotting principles\, and how to use them to create high-quality reproducible documents to present your work. \nPart 1: Thursday\, April 30\, 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.\nPart 2: Monday\, May 11\, 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. \nNo prior experience in R or RStudio is necessary.
