Ashley Hirai

Epidemiology

Biography

Dr. Hirai has a volunteer affiliate faculty appointment in the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health in the Epidemiology programs. In this role her work includes teaching classes, mentoring and supervising EPI students, and collaborating on research with primary SPH faculty members.

A federal Health Scientist working remotely in Portland for the Health Resources and Services Administration, Dr. Hirai has also delivered guest lectures for CDC’s Division of Reproductive Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the University of Maryland School of Public Health, and OHSU.
