Dr. Moira Ray has a volunteer secondary faculty appointment in the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health as an Assistant Professor in the Health Systems Management & Policy (HMP and HSP) programs. In this SPH role her work includes teaching courses and mentoring students.
As a family and preventive medicine trained physician her work includes providing direct patient care, population health improvement efforts as the quality lead clinician, and serving state Medicaid agencies as a clinical epidemiologist for the Center for Evidence-based Policy.
As a graduate of OHSU’s MD/MPH and joint track residency in family medicine and preventative medicine, Professor Ray applies her public health training on a regular basis.
