School of Public Health undergraduate students receive PSU ID cards. School of Public Health graduate students receive identification from both OHSU and PSU>.
An OHSU ID badge is required for entry to most OHSU buildings. New students typically pick up their ID badges at OHSU’s New Student Orientation, provided all pre-entrance badging requirements are complete. A government-issued photo ID is required. The first identification badge is free; students are charged for replacements.
If you need a new or replacement badge after New Student Orientation, follow these steps:
Customer Service Centers are located in the Physical Plant Building on the Marquam Hill Campus, and in the Rood Family Pavilion on the South Waterfront Campus. Please visit their website for hours of operation and directions.
A PSU ID card permits access to PSU’s Millar Library, the Academic and Student Recreation Center (ASRC), the Portland Streetcar, and campus buildings locked to non-students before, during, or after hours. New and replacement badges are available from PSU ID Services. A government-issued photo ID is required. The first identification card is free; students are charged for replacements.
Please note: you must be flagged as a registered student for the upcoming or current term to get your PSU ID card. If you are a graduate student whose registration services are through OHSU, please wait until a day or two before the upcoming term to visit ID Services, to be certain that your registration status is accurately reflected in PSU systems.
