Kinship House is actively seeking a full-time LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join our team of committed, dynamic individuals!
Kinship House is a regional non-profit outpatient mental health provider addressing the mental health needs of the most vulnerable children in our local child welfare system.
Mission Statement: Kinship House provides therapy and advocacy for children experiencing foster care and adoption. We support them as they work through trauma, connect with safe adults, and build stable futures.
This is a full-time exempt position of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday) reporting to the Clinical Director. This position may require some evening and weekend hours on occasion.
Position Overview: The services provided at Kinship House are rooted in trauma and attachment therapy and child-specific modalities such as play therapy, sand tray therapy, and art therapy. The LCSW Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing one-on-one supervision to assigned clinical staff and carrying a limited direct service caseload in alignment with the philosophy and approach of Kinship House’s clinical services. This position works closely with the Clinical Director to provide effective leadership to our clinical team, ensure compliance and quality of services, and ultimately work to fulfill Kinship House’s mission.

Required Qualifications
Must be licensed as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a mental health clinician, preferably focused on children involved with foster care and adoption
- 2+ years experience providing supervision
