DATA ENTRY POSITION with Global Health Promise’s Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MNCH) Program

Global Health Promise operates a program to ensure pregnant female sex workers (FSW) have access to quality antenatal care (ANC) and safe delivery. Local partners in three countries enroll pregnant FSW enroll pregnant FSW into the program by recording demographic and health information of the women and, after the women give birth, they record data on the birth and health of their newborns. We are recruiting for a part-time data entry support person to work along the Program Manager of the MNCH program to enter data from the FSW who are enrolled in the program.

Role Description:

The idea candidate will be highly organized, have a keen attention to detail, and will remain communicative (via email) with the Program Manager, who will supervise this position. The role will begin in early August. Training on data entry will be provided. An Independent Contractor Agreement and strict confidentiality are required. Compensation is $20-$25/hour based on qualifications.

Work structure:

• 5-10 hours of data entry a month – Written updates via email weekly
• Biweekly 30-minute check-in with Program Manager to discuss progress, data dilemmas, opportunities to improve data quality
• Timely data entry – Timely entry of data is required: data must be entered within 48 hours of receipt including on weekends.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience with data cleaning and data management
• Experience with Google Suites and Microsoft Office platforms
• General understanding of SRH and MCH in LMICs
• 2nd year MPH/MPA students (or 2nd year master’s students in related field); or complete master’s degrees
