Opinion: To open Oregon safely, the state must return to its plan

In an opinion piece in The Oregonian, Dr. Alexis Dinno of the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health and Numi Lee Griffith with OSPIRG argue that Governor Kate Brown may have allowed Multnomah County to reopen to early: “We’ve seen what happens when states don’t stick with the advice of public health experts.
