DESCRIPTION:The Mentorship and Career Design (MCD) team supports the career success of learners and educators across the institution. As part of Educational Improvement and Innovation in the Office of the Provost\, we are committed to fostering early and sustained engagement with our curriculum and resources to help individuals achieve greater career clarity and satisfaction. \nThe Career Coaching Circles integrate our career development frameworks with career design tools to support the professional growth and career navigation of both educators and learners. This session will be led by Seth Igarta\, Director for Professional and Career Development. The sessions will cover the four key themes of our frameworks: Reflect\, Explore\, Develop\, and Execute. \nCoaching Circle: REFLECT – Unique Self \n\nThis session emphasizes reflection and self-awareness to inform personal career plans.\nClarify personal life view and work view factors for career and life design.\nIncrease self-awareness by assessing and reflecting on career values.\nUnderstand energy and engagement as important factors for intrinsic motivation and future possibilities.\n\nREGISTER FOR EVENT
