We in Public Health hold a unique position during times like this. Self care is critical for our own well being and also to our ability to stay engaged and active in our studies and our work.

On Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, join Claire Wheeler, MD, PhD, for an informal workshop where you will learn about how stress and uncertainty can affect your health and productivity. More importantly, you’ll learn a variety of techniques from mind-body medicine and health psychology that can help you be more calm, focused, optimistic, and healthy even when stress is everywhere.
