LifeWorks NW promotes a healthy community by providing quality and culturally responsive mental health and addiction services across the lifespan throughout Washington County, Clackamas County and Multnomah County.

LifeWorks NW offers specialty programs for families, adolescents, young adults, older adults, people in crisis, medical and psychiatric work, and all modalities of prevention care. Additionally:

• We are the largest provider of outpatient mental health services in Oregon.
• We’re one of the only Oregon agencies that serve people across the lifespan: prenatal through older years.
• We are one of the only Oregon agencies that offer a full continuum of services across an array of preventive care, including Children’s Relief Nurseries, Promotoras, Healthy Families, and much more.
• We offer residential, outpatient, day treatment, community-based, and crisis services.
• Culturally responsive programs such as Project Network and REAL.
• Our Transition Age)services (12-27 years old, serves as a central point with resources and referrals for youth and young adults living with behavioral health challenges. Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA), Transition Age Youth (TAY), and STRIDE are all easy points of access for youth and young adults to obtain support and build the skills required to navigate the transition from youth to adulthood.
• We offer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) including holistic care with medical and behavioral health care.
