Graduate Financial Aid

All OHSU-PSU School of Public Health graduate students’ financial aid services are provided by the OHSU Office of Financial Aid, with the exception of students in the MURP/MPH and MSW/MPH dual degree programs.

Graduate students must complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form to the appropriate Financial Aid office to be consider for aid eligibility.

MURP/MPH and MSW/MPH dual degree students must submit their FASFA form to the PSU Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships to be considered for financial aid eligibility.

OHSU OFFICE OF FINANCIAL AID

The OHSU federal school code is 004883. Students should carefully review all paperwork, instructions, and the OHSU Financial Aid Disbursement Calendar so they are fully aware of their loan responsibilities.

OHSU CASHIER'S OFFICE

The OHSU Cashier’s Office is responsible for disbursing student financial aid, processing payments to student accounts, and overseeing direct deposits of student financial aid refunds.

Dr. Charlena M. Seymour Scholarship

This scholarship was established to recognize women pursuing an advanced degree in the fields of Public and Environmental Health. $1,000 will be awarded to an applicant who is pursuing a graduate degree in Public Health and/or Environmental Health from any accredited U.S. University or College.
