Please save the date for ASPPH’s Virtual Hill Day on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. This event is an opportunity for members of the academic public health community to speak directly with their congressional representatives, senators, and staff about the essential role public health plays in protecting and improving the well-being of all Americans. Unlike our in-person Hill Day at the ASPPH Annual Meeting, we will be asking you arrange the meetings you want to have directly with your member’s offices and encourage you to work with your government relations representative.

To help you prepare, we will host a webinar on August 7 from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM ET. In it, we will share materials, guidance, and storytelling tools to make your meetings impactful. We will also walk you through how to schedule a virtual meeting, how to frame your advocacy, and how to make public health personal for policymakers.
