The Springs Living is offering paid Summer 2026 internship opportunities across the Portland Metro, Eugene, and Medford areas for students eager to gain meaningful experience in a growing, purpose-driven organization.

These full-time, 10 week internships go beyond shadowing; interns are embedded in day-to-day operations and take ownership of a defined project aligned with real business needs. Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, analyze systems and processes, and develop practical solutions that support both residents and team members. Each intern will present their work and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the program.

In addition to project work, interns gain exposure to the broader senior living industry, build professional skills, and receive mentorship from experienced leaders. This is an opportunity to understand how mission-driven organizations operate while contributing to meaningful outcomes in a healthcare-adjacent setting.
