Jamie Jones Appointed to OPHA Board of Directors

The OHSU-PSU School of Public Health is proud to announce that Jamie Jones, Director of Applied Learning and Teaching Assistant Professor, has been appointed to the Oregon Public Health Association’s (OPHA) Board of Directors.

In her role at the School of Public Health, Jamie provides leadership to our applied learning programs, guiding students as they engage with community partners and develop the skills essential to becoming public health professionals. Her teaching, mentorship, and commitment to experiential learning have made a lasting impact on our students and on the broader communities we serve.

Jamie’s appointment to the OPHA Board of Directors reflects her dedication to strengthening Oregon’s public health systems and supporting the next generation of public health practitioners and leaders. OPHA plays a vital role in advocacy, education, and statewide collaboration, and we are thrilled to see Jamie contribute her expertise at the state level.
