Powering the Future of PSU Research: Announcing the Inaugural Catalyst Cohort
The OHSU-PSU School of Public Health is proud to celebrate three of our faculty members who were among the 12 graduates of the inaugural Catalyst Immersive Program, led by Portland State University Office of Research and Graduate Studies. This milestone reflects a shared commitment to advancing research excellence and expanding the impact of our faculty’s work.
Over the past four months, participants engaged in intensive training and peer mentorship, sharpening the strategic skills needed to navigate the increasingly competitive landscape for external funding.
Their dedication to this rigorous process not only advances their individual research programs, but also strengthens the collective success of our School. As they continue with coaching and research development support, we look forward to seeing their ideas evolve into competitive proposals for agencies such as the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, and leading philanthropic foundations.
