This one-day convening is hosted by the IGNITE Mentoring & Leadership Program at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health. As HECC’s Healthcare Industry Consortium continues its vital work, this convening ensures that student voices and grassroots innovation remain central to shaping future priorities across Oregon’s healthcare education and workforce systems.

Attendees are welcome to join for any portion of the day. Together, we will:

• Elevate the experiences of pre-health students
• Highlight innovative, equity-driven programs supporting diverse training pathways
• Foster collaboration across universities, community colleges, healthcare employers, and public health agencies
• Develop a proposal for an Oregon Pre-Health Student Advisory Board
