BSTA 535 – Biostatistics Capstone
Course Information
The culminating experience in biostatics allows students to demonstrate program competencies acquired during prior applied courses. Students will be exposed to real-life research and professionally interact with staff biostatisticians and content experts (e.g. principal investigators, researchers). Students will learn about comprehensive data sources and systems commonly used in modern health sciences research, responsible conduct in research training curricula, and the equitable and ethical use of data. Students should be reasonably proficient in statistical programming prior to enrollment.
