Write Winning NIH Grant Proposals Seminar

OCTRI is pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming Write Winning NIH Grant Proposals seminar, a full-day grant writing workshop designed to strengthen your NIH grant proposal skills. This seminar will be highly valuable as you plan and prepare competitive extramural funding applications. Please feel free to share with colleagues.

📍 Location: In-person on the OHSU campus (plan for South Waterfront)
📚 Presenter: Dr. John Robertson, Grant Writers’ Seminars & Workshops
☕ Includes: Handouts, NIH Grant Application Writer’s Workbook, coffee and lunch provided

This workshop focuses on both the practical and conceptual aspects of writing successful NIH proposals, including idea development, identifying the appropriate funding mechanisms, writing for reviewers, and strategies to enhance your application’s competitiveness. It’s ideal for faculty, KL2 scholars, postdoctoral researchers, and students who are planning to submit NIH or other extramural grant applications in the next couple of years.
