High-Throughput qPCR Workshop – OHSU Integrated Genomics Laboratory (IGL)
February 26 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
The OHSU Integrated Genomics Laboratory (IGL) currently operates two QuantStudio™ 7 Flex Real-Time PCR (qPCR) instruments to support high-throughput gene expression analysis for the OHSU research community, as well as researcher at the Portland area. This educational workshop is hosted by the OHSU IGL with participation from Thermo Fisher Scientific to provide technical background and training on established qPCR workflows.
Join us to learn about high-throughput real-time PCR using TaqMan™ array cards, including assay design options, data considerations, and real-world research applications.
Workshop Highlights:
- qPCR services at IGL – Jinah Kim, PhD, IGL Core Scientist, OHSU
- High-throughput applications with QuantStudio 7Flex – Andrea Callegari, PhD, Field Applications Scientist, Thermo Fisher Scientific
- Research case studies – Danielle Osborne, PhD, Legacy Research Institute
