Undergraduate students in the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health will want to apply for Federal Student Aid, following the Portland State University (PSU) guidelines.

Each student must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The federal school code is 003216.

PSU Office of Registrar

The Office of Registrar is the central hub for undergraduate students to find all the academic resources and services available to them through PSU.

The office is open for in-person service from 9am – 3pm in the lobby of Fariborz Maseeh Hall (FMH). They also offer service via email, phone and virtual appointments.

The cashiers at PSU provide services for students, staff and faculty to process cash refunds and make cash deposits or payments.

Regular Fall, Winter, and Spring Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

The Cashiering Office accepts payment in person for student accounts in the form of cash or check. The Cashiering Office also processes checks mailed to cover student accounts.
