We are excited to share this National Public Health Week panel with our community, as it features two alumni who are contributing to Oregon’s public health workforce through their careers at the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). The panel includes alum Emily Henke, who earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) with the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, and Helen Kidane, who earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Portland State University. We are proud to highlight their paths and the important work they are doing to advance public health practice.

The National Public Health Week panel discussion will celebrate, encourage, and inspire early career pathways into public health. This virtual event is part of our statewide effort to elevate early career initiatives and help advance the goals of the Public Health System Workforce Plan by inspiring future public health leaders.
