Self-Care Through Self-Expression

We are a team from the Asian Health & Service Center that will be hosting an AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month event catered toward college-aged students/young adults ages 18 to 25. We will be hosting a Grounding Workshop to create a space to discuss mental health and self-care in API communities, creating grounding kits, and sharing mental health resources for stress management.
