Working with the All of Us Research Program data: Building a Community of Researchers at OHSU

The NIH All of Us Research Program is an incredible resource to researchers, providing access to genomics and health data from a large sample of participants that includes historically marginalized groups and enabling health discoveries that promise to improve the lives of individuals. However, individual researchers at OHSU and beyond who work with All of Us data face numerous challenges navigating the platform and data structure and often lack support in working through issues that arise.
In this inaugural seminar in the FUSE series, we aim to begin building a community of researchers who wish to work with the All of Us data. After a brief introduction to the All of Us Research Program, several members of this nascent community will share their experiences, challenges, and tips for getting started. Resources for working with this data will be shared.
All are welcome and no prior background with the All of Us Research Program or in data management or analysis will be assumed. This seminar will not be recorded
