Join us for a hands-on community service event where OHSU students will assemble hundreds of first aid kits for Portland People’s Outreach Project (PPOP).

These kits will be distributed at PPOP’s regular community sites to support people in need through their harm reduction work across Portland. This interdisciplinary event is a meaningful way to support community health while connecting with students from across OHSU. In past years, students from nursing, medicine, pharmacy, and dentistry have joined us, and this year we’re excited to welcome students from public health as well. Attendees can expect a brief introduction to PPOP, hands-on kit assembly, and time to connect with other students while enjoying free pizza.
