OHSU Student Academic Support Services offers one-on-one appointments, workshops and on-line resources to help learners develop personalized tools and approaches to study more effectively and efficiently, decrease stress, improve memory, and motivation.
Academic Coaching (PSU Learning Center)
PSU’s Learning Center offers a flexible coaching service that allows students to work with coaches to create measurable plans to meet their academic goals.
OHSU Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Office 365 is a subscription service that provides product and service licensing to Teams, OneDrive, and Apps for enterprise that provide the cloud version of the Office desktop applications that you’re already familiar with, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
All OHSU members can access Office on the web at office.com.
Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications are available for installation by OHSU students on up to five personal devices.
Online Remote Learning
Information to help you get connected and keep you productive on your personal computer.
PSU Virtual Computer Lab
The Virtual Computer Lab (VLAB) provides students access to a selection of academic software applications with their personal computers.
OHSU BICC Library
Graduate students have access to library services at both OHSU’s Library at the Biomedical Information Communication Center (BICC) and PSU’s Millar Library.

LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning is an online learning platform offering more than 11,000 courses in business, technology, and creative skills taught by industry experts. SPH students have free access to LinkedIn Learning’s extensive subscription library using their OHSU network credentials.
Survey Tools
Two free options for creating surveys are available to SPH Students:
How to create surveys with Google Forms or Qualtrics – PSU KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE
Google Forms is not approved for use with OHSU business or research activity, you must use Qualtrics instead.
STATA
SPH Students have access to STATA through Virtual Computer Lab (VLAB) at PSU using their PSU id and login.

PSU Writing Center
PSU’s Writing Center offers resources and one-on-one appointments with consultants for students seeking to improve their writing. The PSU Writing Center is located in 188 Cramer Hall, and can be reached by telephone at (503) 725-3570.
PSU Microsoft Office Suite
School of Public Health undergraduate students have free access to the Microsoft Office Suite through PSU.
The Microsoft Office suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is installed and available on all University workstations.
Pebble Pad
PebblePad is an ePortfolio publishing platform that allows you to track the development of your skills, demonstrate your expertise and creativity, and showcase your work. You can access PebblePad at pebblepad.pdx.edu using your PSU Odin account credentials.
PebblePad offers a space for you to design an online portfolio, create a blog, or participate in a class project. You can use customizable templates to create portfolio pages and workbooks that allow you to document your work.
