Central Oregon is known for its beauty and numerous opportunities for fun outdoor activities. However, it is also home to the highest incidence of melanoma in the State and deaths due to melanoma are higher than the national average. Find out how a physician, a foundation and a melanoma survivor are working together with the OHSU Integrated Program in Community Research (Central Oregon Hub) to tackle the question of sun safety education and melanoma prevention in Central Oregon.
